When will my order ship?
Under normal circumstances, stationery orders will be shipped from Kentucky
within 7-10 business days from receipt of order. The personalized notepads
may take a little longer. (may take up to 3 weeks). Feel free to email
if you would like to know an exact time frame on the notepads. If a proof
was requested, it will begin from approval of proof.
Stampers and embossers are shipped directly from the factory and takes
2-3 weeks.
What is the shipping cost?
All stationery orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Shipping charge will
be $8. Stampers and embossers have an additional $7.95 added to the shipping
cost.
Can I get my order rushed?
If desired, you may choose to expedite shipping during checkout; however,
this will not change the processing time from TrioArt.

May I see a proof of the item before the order is printed?
Yes, the proof fee is $5 per item. You will see this option when you check
out.
An additional proof fee is charged for each additional proof/change.
When should I expect to receive my proof?
Under normal circumstances, you will receive a proof within 2-3 business
days.
Are envelopes included?
White envelopes are included for all note cards, photo cards and invitations.
You may purchase small envelopes to go with the rectangular calling/enclosure
cards (3.5”x2”) for an extra .30 each.
Is return address available?
Currently, we are not printing return addresses. Although, we do offer
very cute peel and stick return labels
that will coordinate with your order.
Where should I stick my return address label?
The return address label should be placed on the back flap of the envelope.
What if my order has an error?
We try our best to have your order perfect, but occasionally an error
will happen Any error made by TrioArt Stationery will be reprinted and
shipped via original shipping method, free of charge. Any customer error
will be reprinted with a discount of 30% off. This only applies if you
are re-ordering the exact same order you had before.
Are larger quantities available?
Yes. Just email or call
to get a price.
When will I be billed for my order?
You order will be billed on your credit card as soon as you checkout.
If additions or corrections are necessary, we will adjust your account
accordingly.
I need help with my wording, what should I do?
We have tried to make this as easy for you as possible. We have created
some suggested wording and ideas for you here.
Will I be charged sales tax?
If you live in Kentucky, there will be an additional 6% in sales tax added
to your order. There is no sales tax if you have your order shipped out
of state. We do however have to charge sales tax on shipping charges.
Where do I send my photo for my birth announcement?
Please send your photo to sales@trioartstationery.com
and make sure you include your order number in the email. Remember the
quality of the finished birth announcement will greatly depend on the
quality of your photograph file. (Please do not send any photos that are
larger than 2MB.)
If I want to order something with a monogram, how do I enter my initials?
The first initial of your last name should be in the middle. For example,
if your name is Melanie Isabella Park, your monogram would be MPI.
How do I monogram something for a couple?
The woman’s initial should be listed first. Then the last name initial,
followed by the husbands initial. For example, Ashley and John Buser would
be ABJ.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
